The FSBO (For Sale By Owner) marketing approach is steadily growing. Like it or not, FSBO assisted sites and programs have become a permanent fact of life. There is strong support for a burgeoning F.S.B.O. market. It appears that the Internet has had a major effect on this growth. Several FSBO groups offer everything traditional Real Estate Agencys offer. If I were a real estate agent, I would set up my personal web site to offer services to the public; and I would make it clear that Realtors © can and do help show and sell FSBO's. (An agent can strike a contract to assist in purchasing a FSBO). From a buyers point, having a consulting real estate agent assist, adds a lot of valuable expertise.
